When Pokémon White came out in 2010 for the Nintendo DS it was a change for the Pokémon series. In Pokémon White the Pokémon move around during battles, which makes them feel more real. The game also has graphics and camera angles which makes battles feel more exciting.
The game introduced kinds of battles like Rotation Battles and Triple Battles which gave players more choices and made the game more fun. These new battles did not make the game too hard for players though.

One of the things about Pokémon White is that the game world changes with the seasons. The game has spring, summer, autumn and winter and each season changes the way the world looks and feels. The seasons also change which Pokémon you can catch and where you can go.
